New Oasis of the Seas BBQ Concept
With another first for Royal Caribbean, a new dining concept called Portside BBQ can be found on the newly amplified Oasis of the Seas. Portside BBQ has an authentic, meat-packed menu inspired by the best-in-class barbecue across the United States. The new Oasis of th Seas BBQ menu options range from smoked marbled brisket, pulled pork and turkey legs, to beef ribs and burnt ends. A true feast for connoisseurs of fine meat.
Classic Side Orders
This new casual dining option is located on the pool deck. To compliment the extensive selection of meats, Poolside BBQ also features classic side dishes like mac and cheese, homestyle cornbread, baked beans and coleslaw as well desserts like a ‘Banana Dream’ and a brownie-cookie mashup known as the ‘Brookie’.
